The Polaris pipe fabrication facility can produce up to 2200 pipe spools per month. We have the capability of welding on a wide range of metallurgy, from Carbon Steel to Zirconium. Polaris has produced piping spools up to 52” in diameter and is proficient in GMAW (Pulse), SMAW, FCAW, GTAW, and SAW.
